This is a supple, spicy, earthy wine with exceptional finesse and length. Made from 1.3 acres of vines more than 90 years old, all hand harvested. Domaine Serrigny is a hidden gem in today's Burgundy, a throwback to a traditional time. It’s made up of 17 acres of vines and is run today by Marie Laure Serrigny. She’s the fourth generation, and she took over the estate in 1995 with her younger sister Francine. The farming culture is lutte raisonnée, i.e., sustainable, and the approach in the cellar is quite traditional.
