Martin Miller's "9 Moons" is an award-winning barrel aged gin, which is aged in small French oak casks in Iceland’s dry arctic climate and proofed with Icelandic spring water. The result of a barrel aging experiment by some enterprising New York bartenders, this special gin is now available for all to enjoy.

A smooth, complex palate balances juniper notes with subtle oak, vanilla, and citrus flavors, developing vanilla notes as it opens up. Martin Miller's often uses a Solera system for aging, which ensures consistency in flavor profile. A gin for whisk(e)y lovers, to be sure.
