A blend of vintages made from 100% apples from orchards planted entirely in the traditional, free-standing hautes-tiges method (standard rootstock planted far apart). A nose of triple crème, gentian, white pepper, fresh linen, and green apple skin extends to the fiery palate, pleasant tannin and slight salinity lingering on the finish. Created for cocktailing and bottled at a higher ABV than most Calvados to help retain structure when mixed.
