Named for the Irish immigrant who, upon falling in love with Kentucky whiskey, adapted his family recipe into what is now one of the longest running Bottled-in-Bond Bourbons on the market. Following a surge in popularity in the 2010s, Henry McKenna became quite difficult to get your hands on for a while. The demand has eased a bit, but this expertly balanced and complex whiskey is still somewhat of a rarity out the wild. This expression took home 2024 Double Gold and Platinum awards at the world’s best spirits competitions, so the hype is certainly not unfounded. Our few bottles were taken from Barrel No. 17112, which was filled on December 20, 2013. A perfect Christmas gift for the Bourbon Baron in your life (or for yourself).
