First made to toast the distiller's mom, Rose, this gin is very special to Glendalough, a distillery based in Ireland. Each batch contains fresh rose petals from her garden, distilled with wild botanicals foraged daily in the Wicklow mountains around the distillery. A fitting tribute and a wonderfully floral gin layered with complex wild flavors.
