Produced with fully mature blue agave, handpicked from the mineral-rich red clay soils of the Highlands in Jalisco, México. They cook the piñas in brick ovens for two days, then crush them in the tahona mill. The juice is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills and laid to rest for six months in American white oak barrels. The finished Reposado is an all-natural, smooth, lightly-hued spirit ready to be enjoyed.
