The nose weaves seamlessly to the rustic palate, packed with berries and spice on a bright frame. 100% Cannonau, spelled in the old-timey way with one "n" on front label. Cannonau is Sardegna’s version of the Spanish Garnacha and the island of Sardinia's most widely-planted grape. ‘Caladu’ is the Sardinian word for sunset. Dry farmed vines; wine is fermented with native yeasts.
